Refund Policy
All products available on Stillmaps are digital-only and are considered delivered immediately upon successful purchase.
Payments for products sold through the Platform are processed by an authorized third-party payment provider acting as the Merchant of Record.
Requesting an automatic refund
Where available, a refund may be requested directly from the user’s account:
- Sign in to your account
- Open Account Settings → Billing Tab
- Select the month in which the purchase was made
- Locate the most recent Dodo Payments transaction
- Click Refund
Refund availability, amount, and processing are determined by the Merchant of Record and reflected in the billing interface.
Manual refund requests
If an automatic refund is not available for a purchase, users may contact support@stillmaps.com to request a manual review.
Merchant of Record and legal rights
All refunds, cancellations, and chargeback handling are governed by the applicable consumer terms and refund policies of the Merchant of Record.
Where applicable law grants a mandatory right of withdrawal or refund, such rights are handled and administered by the Merchant of Record in accordance with its legal obligations.
Stillmaps does not independently issue refunds and does not override decisions made by the Merchant of Record.
